REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:16 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 1995, in regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/JANUARY 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council accept and file report
of no activity for this pay period. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the check
register in the amount of $11,031.10 for payroll of December 4 through December 17,
1994 paid on December 23, 1994, and payroll of December 18 through December 31,
1994 paid on January 6, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 3, 1995 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Minutes of January 3,
1995 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
11:17 p.m. Carried unanimously.
