REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:01 p.m. Monday, August 7, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Joanne Benjamin
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/JULY 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check
registers in the amount of $4,811.47 for payroll of July 2 through July 15, 1995 paid on July
21, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JULY 17, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Minutes of July 17, 1995 be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin abstained.
ADOPT A BENCH PROGRAM/REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE REPORT
(03.49)
Council consensus that Council approve in concept, and bring back to Council September
5, 1995 with details delineated.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
11:24 p.m. Carried unanimously.
