REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 8:41 p.m. Monday, December 4, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,318.73 for payroll of November 5 through November 18, 1995
paid on November 22, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 6, 1995 (02A.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of November 6, 1995 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 20, 1995 (02B.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of November 20, 1995 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, to adjourn this evening's meeting
at 8:42 p.m. Carried unanimously.
