REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:40 p.m. Monday, June 5, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/MAY 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $10,343.60 for payroll of April 23 through May 6, 1995 paid on
May 12, 1995, and for payroll of May 7 through May 20, 1995 paid on May 26, 1995.
Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF MAY 15, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Minutes of May 15, 1995 be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin abstained.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
10:41 p.m. Carried unanimously.
