REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 8:03 p.m. Monday, December 18, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $47,232.38 for accounts payable invoices
paid on December 1, and December 15, 1995. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $10,128.23 for payroll of November 19 through December 2, 1995
paid on December 8, 1995. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evening's meeting
at 8:04 p.m. Carried unanimously.
