REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:21 p.m. Monday, October 16, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,499.74 for the payroll of September 10 through September 23,
1995 and paid on September 29, 1995. Carried unanimously.
AGENCY MINUTES OF OCTOBER 2, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency Minutes of October
2, 1995 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADOPT-A-BENCH PROGRAM/RESOLUTION 1995-7RD (03.49)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1995-7RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE REDEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
SIGN THE ADOPT-A-BENCH GRANT AGREEMENT. Carried unanimously.
STREETSCAPE GUIDELINES/DOWNTOWN BEAUTIFICATION/RESO 1995-8RD (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1995-8RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH PAUL RODRIGUES AND ASSOCIATES FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES TO PREPARE PHASE II OF THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
STREETSCAPE GUIDELINES, including additional wording to Part A, #3 of the contract to
read, "Prepare Proposed Downtown Plan- including symbols for signs, light fixtures,
planters, trash receptacles, benches, drinking fountains and bicycle racks which reflect
actual locations." Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:24 p.m. Carried unanimously.
