TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:37 p.m., Monday, March 27, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Mayor Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Given by all in attendance.
COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE/REVISION (01.10)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council revise Town Meeting Schedule for
1994-95 Fiscal Year to cancel April 3, 1995 Council Meeting. Carried unanimously.
PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AMENDMENTS/SB 323/OPPOSITION (02.17)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council authorize Mayor to send letter to
State Senator Campbell opposing SB 323 (Public Records Act Amendments) in current form. Carried
unanimously.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
Storm Damage Repairs:
Bert Millen, 301 N. Santa Cruz Ave., spoke of the storm damage to his property and the need to do
some roof repairs. He asked for special consideration as it relates to the building application fees.
Mayor O'Laughlin requested that staff return to Council with a report concerning the matter.
STUDY SESSION/OPERATING BUDGET/1995-96/COUNCIL AND STAFF DISCUSSION
Staff presented some options to Council for consideration in working out a balanced budget for the
next five years. Councilmembers discussed the options and related their opinions and ideas to staff.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that this evening's meeting be adjourned at 8:48
p.m. Carried unanimously.
