REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:57 p.m. Monday, March 7, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/FEBRUARY 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoice paid on February 25, 1994 in
the amount of $52.70. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/FEBRUARY 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $4,133.31, for payrolls of January 30
through February 12, 1994, paid on February 18, 1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 1994 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that Council approve the Minutes
of February 22, 1994 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 9:58 p.m. Carried unanimously.
