REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:51 p.m. Monday, April 18, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/APRIL 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoice paid on April 8, 1994 in the
amount of $156.53. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/MARCH 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $3,880.02, for payrolls of March 13 through
March 26, 1994, paid on April 1, 1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF APRIL 4, 1994 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council approve the Minutes
of April 4, 1994 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 9:52 p.m. Carried unanimously.
