REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:56 p.m. Monday, February 7, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
PAYROLL/JANUARY 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $4,082.35, for payrolls of January 2
through January 15, 1994, paid on January 21, 1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 18, 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of January 18, 1994 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION
BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT/RESOLUTION 1994-7RD (03.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency adopt
Resolution 1994-7RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE LOS GATOS DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION FOR DOWNTOWN
BEAUTIFICATION ACTIVITIES. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:57 p.m. Carried unanimously.
