TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, March 28, 1994, in study session.
ATTENDANCE
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin, Mayor Attaway, Town Manager Dave Knapp,
and Town Attorney Larry Anderson.
DISCUSSION
Presentation and discussion was held on the 1994-95 Operating Budget and Community Grant
Funding. Revenues and expenditure projections were presented with alternatives. The Budget
Forums were discussed.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
