REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:35 p.m. Monday, January 3, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/DECEMBER 1993 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoice paid on December 17, 1993
and December 23, 1994 in the amount of $130.01. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/DECEMBER 1993 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $9,846.60, for payrolls of November 21
through December 4, 1993, paid on December 10, 1993, and December 5 through
December 18, 1993 paid on December 23, 1993. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 6, 1993 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council approve the Minutes
of December 6, 1993 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:36 p.m. Carried unanimously.
