REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:43 p.m. Monday, June 6, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
PAYROLL/MAY 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $3,555.22, for payrolls of April 24 through
May 7, 1994, paid on May 13, 1994, and May 8 through May 21, 1994, paid on May 27,
1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF MAY 16, 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council approve the Minutes
of May 16, 1994 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:44 p.m. Carried unanimously.
