TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:05 P.M., Monday, April 25, 1994, in study session.
ATTENDANCE
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin, Mayor Attaway, Town Manager Dave Knapp,
Assistant Manager, Mark Linder and Finance Manager, Michele Braucht.
Park Commission: Bill York, Judy Howell, Kim Easter,
Pam McKell, Emma Vargo and Norbett Witt.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Presentation and discussion was held on the 1994-99 Capital Improvement Program. The following
subjects were discussed: Gas Tax; Creek Trail and plans for the opening celebration; Street and
Signal Program; Parks; Public Facilities; Storm Drains and plans for explaining the program and
projects to the public; Parking; and Utility Undergrounding.
PARK COMMISSION
Park Commission Call to Order for Joint Study Session occurred at 7:35 P.M. The following topics
were discussed: Lyndon Gazebo-Cupola Project including funding, location, moving the foundation
an a Plaza Master Plan; Needs Assessment for Additional Parks and Recreational Facilities; Parks
Capital Improvement Program; 1994-95 Budget Priorities; the use of Volunteers and Seniors; and
Fee Structure.
