REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:46 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Vice Chairperson Patrick O'Laughlin
Absent:Chairperson Randy Attaway
PAYROLL/RATIFICATION/JUNE 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify accompanying
check registers for payroll in the amount of $4,121.34 paid on June 24, for the period of June 5
through June 18, 1994. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES/JUNE 27, 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adopt the Redevelopment Minutes
of June 27, 1994 with amendments regarding the Traffic Authority's surplus land purchase.
Mrs. Benjamin requested that her comments regarding the suitability of the land for playing
fields be inserted and Mr. Bowman's response as to their unsuitability. Carried by a vote of 4
ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this evening's
meeting at 9:47 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
