REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:17 p.m. Monday, August 1, 1994, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
RATIFY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/JULY 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on July 15 and 22, 1994
in the amount of $3,086.24. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/JULY 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $3,815.73, for payroll of July 3 through July
16, 1994, paid on July 22, 1994. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs, Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:18 p.m. Carried unanimously.
