REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:04 p.m. Monday, November 21, 1994, in regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/OCTOBER 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices in the amount of $3,628.25,
paid on November 4, 1994. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/NOVEMBER 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $5,028.74 for payroll of October 23 through
November 5, 1994, paid on November 11, 1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 7, 1994 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of November 7, 1994 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
LOS GATOS DOWNTOWN ASSOC/ANNUAL REPORT (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency direct staff to
return on December 5, 1994 with recommendations. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:05 p.m. Town Attorney, Larry Anderson, noted that there is to be
a Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency Monday, November 29, 1994, at 7:30
