REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:03 p.m. Monday, December 5, 1994, in regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that Council ratify the check register
in the amount of $1,530.00 for accounts payable invoices paid November 18, 1994.
Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that Council ratify the check register
in the amount of $6,421.22 for payroll of November 6 through 19, 1994 paid on November
23, 1994. Carried unanimously.

1994 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 28, 1994 (03B.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Minutes of November 28,
1994 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.

LOS GATOS DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION/RESOLUTION 1994-12RD (04.50)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1994-12RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR THE CENTRAL LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
AREA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE DOWNTOWN
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS GATOS DOWNTOWN
ASSOCIATION, extending to June 30, 1996 if funds are appropriated in the Fiscal Year
1995-96 Agency budget and authorizing $28,500 from the Agency fund balance for
downtown streetscape plan implementation. Carried unanimously.
HEARING
AFFORDABLE HOUSING/IMPLEMENTATION PLAN/RESOLUTION 1994-13RD (05.49)
Chairman O'Laughlin stated that this was the time and place duly noted for public hearing
to consider adopting resolution approving an implementation plan and affordable housing
plan for the Central Los Gatos Redevelopment Project.
There was no one from the audience to address the Agency.
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, to close the public hearing.
Carried unanimously.
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1994-13RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING AN
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL
LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evenings meeting
at 10:06 p.m. Carried unanimously.
