REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 6:25 p.m., Monday, August 9, 1993, in adjourned regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:Patrick O'Laughlin
CLOSED SESSION
Larry Anderson, Agency Counsel, reported that the Agency had met in Closed Session prior
to this evening's meeting pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to consider Real
Property Negotiations regarding negotiations with MidPeninsula Regional Open Space
District and the Estate of Gustave Moeller concerning real property of the Estate of
approximately 98 acres located adjacent to the Sierra Azule Open Space Preserve. The
Agency discussed with the Director and negotiator and concluded that no further
negotiations be conducted regarding that property.
MINUTES OF JUNE 21, 1993
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of June 21, 1993, be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
MINUTES OF AUGUST 2, 1993
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of August 2, 1993, be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
OPEN SPACE DISTRICT/PURCHASE OF PROPERTY/MOELLER (02.49)
Council took no action on this item.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
6:27 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
