REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 1993, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Patrick O'Laughlin and
Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify accompanying
check register for accounts payable invoices paid on September 3, 1993 and September 10,
1993 in the net amount of $86.60. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/RATIFICATION
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check registers for payroll of August 15, 1993 through August 28, 1993 in the
amount of $154.83 paid on September 3, 1993. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 7 1993
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council approve the Minutes of
September 7, 1993 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, to adjourn this morning's meeting at
12:32 a.m. Carried unanimously.
