REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:15 p.m. Monday, November 1, 1993, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None
PAYROLL/OCTOBER 1993 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check registers for payroll of September 12 through September 25, 1993 and
September 26 through October 9, 1993 paid on October 1, and 15, 1993, in the amount of
$7,343.11. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/OCTOBER 1993 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify accompanying
check register for accounts payable invoices paid on October 22, 1993 in the net amount of
$775.00. Carried unanimously.
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (03.49)
Report accepting information regarding the election of Chair and Vice-Chair to
Redevelopment Advisory Committee was received and filed.
TAX AUDIT SERVICE/RESOLUTION 1993-3RD (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency adopt Resolution

1993-3RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR THE TOWN TO ACT AS CONTRACTING AND
PAYING AGENT FOR PROPERTY TAX AUDIT SERVICES. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council approve the Minutes of
October 4, 1993 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
