REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 12:20 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 1993, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
AUDIT REPORT FOR 1991-92 (R-1.49)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency accept the
Redevelopment Agency Audit Report for the fiscal year which ended June 30, 1992. Carried
unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 7, 1992 (R-2.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of December 7, 1992
be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
12:22 a.m. Carried unanimously.
