REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:48 p.m. Monday, December 6, 1993, in regular
session/Annual Meeting.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/NOVEMBER 1993 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoice paid on November 24, 1993 in
the amount of $911.47. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL/NOVEMBER 1993 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $8,207.62, for payrolls of October 24
through November 6, 1993, paid on November 12, 1993, and November 7 through
November 20, 1993 paid on November 24, 1993. Carried unanimously.
ANNUAL REPORTS FOR 1992-1993 (03.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency accept the
Redevelopment Agency Audit Report of Fiscal Year 1992-1993, and accept the
Department of Housing and Community Development Report for Fiscal Year 1992-1993.
Carried unanimously.

BYLAWS AMENDMENTS/PERSONNEL (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency approve the
concept of amending Agency Bylaws and resolutions regarding appointment of officers,
personnel rules and certain administrative procedures, and direct staff to prepare the
appropriate amendments for consideration at the Agency's January 18, 1994 meeting.

AFFIRMING APPOINTMENTS/CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR (05.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency accept the
report regarding bylaws provision governing automatic appointment of Mayor and Vice-
Mayor to be Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively, of Redevelopment Agency. Carried
unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 15, 1993 (06.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that Council approve the
Minutes of November 15, 1993 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:49 p.m. Carried unanimously.
