REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:48 p.m. Monday, November 15, 1993, in regular
session/Annual Meeting.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None
PAYROLL/OCTOBER 1993 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $3,388.90, for payroll of October 10 through
October 23, 1993, paid on October 29. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/NOVEMBER 1993 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the report that
no activity was reportable at this time. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 1, 1993 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council approve the Minutes
of November 1, 1993 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
OFFICER APPOINTMENTS/ANNUAL MEETING (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency reappoint the
current Redevelopment Agency Officers, and that staff bring back the appointment of the
Chair and Vice Chair on the next agenda. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 9:49 p.m., and continue the Annual Meeting to December 6, 1993 for
the record. Carried unanimously.
