REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:03 p.m., Tuesday, September 7, 1993, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:Steven Blanton.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify accompanying
check register for accounts payable invoices paid on July 30, August 20 and 27, 1993, in the
net amount of $3,070.71. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton absent.
PAYROLL/RATIFICATION
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check registers for payroll of July 18 through July 31, 1993 in the amount of
$8,374.78 paid on August 6 and August 20, 1993. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton
absent.
MINUTES OF AUGUST 9, 1993
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council approve the Minutes of
August 9, 1993 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Blanton absent. Mr. O'Laughlin
abstained.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
9:04 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton absent.
