REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:43 p.m., Monday, April 20, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Brent N. Ventura and Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
Absent:None.
WEST VALLEY-MISSION COMMUNITY COLLEGE/PASS-THROUGH AGREEMENT
RESOLUTION 1992-3RD (01.49)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Ventura, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1992-3RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE
WEST VALLEY-MISSION COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT PURSUANT TO HEALTH
AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 33401. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton abstained.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 12, 1991 (02A.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of November 12, 1991 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Ventura
abstained.
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 18, 1992 (02B.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency approve the
Minutes of February 18, 1992 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
9:45 p.m. Carried unanimously.
