REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:52 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Brent N. Ventura, and Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
Absent:None.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 18, 1991
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, to approve the Minutes of November
18, 1991 as submitted. Carried by a vote of three ayes. Mrs. Benjamin and Mr. Ventura
abstained.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 18, 1991 (Special Session)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, to approve the Minutes of November
18, 1991, (Special Session) as submitted. Carried by a vote of three ayes. Mrs. Benjamin
and Mr. Ventura abstained.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 24, 1992
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, to approve the Minutes of November
18, 1991 as submitted. Carried by a vote of four ayes. Mr. Ventura abstained.
LOS GATOS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT/PASS-THROUGH AGREEMENT
RESOLUTION 1992-2RD
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that The Agency adopt Resolution
1992-2RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE LOS
GATOS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 33401. Carried unanimously.
