The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:37, Monday, September 21, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Brent N. Ventura,
and Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
Absent: Joanne Benjamin.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of September
8, 1992 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:38 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin absent.
