The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 12:46 a.m., Tuesday, November 17, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Eric D. Carlson, Steven Blanton,
Brent N. Ventura and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 2, 1992 (R-1.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Carlson, that the Minutes of November 2, 1992
be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT/"PASS-THROUGH" AGREEMENT
RESOLUTION 1992-10RD (R-2.49)
Motion by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency adopt Resolution 1992-
10RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
12:47 a.m. Carried unanimously.
