REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:37, Monday, October 5, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin,
Steven Blanton and Brent N. Ventura.
Absent: Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE/RESOLUTION 1992-8R (01.49)
Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council adopt the amendments
to the Redevelopment Agency's Conflict of Interest Code by adopting Resolution 1992-8R
entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AMENDING SECTION 200 DESIGNATED POSITIONS AND REQUIRED
DISCLOSURES OF THE REDEVELOPMMENT AGENCY'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 1992 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of September
21, 1992 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:38 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Carlson absent.
