REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:00, Tuesday, September 8, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Brent N. Ventura and Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
Absent: None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
REHABILITATION GRANT/LOAN PROGRAM/REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Chairman Carlson stated his concern about starting a grant and loan program at this time
since the Agency does not know how much money it will have.
Mr. Blanton indicated that he has the same concerns and feels that there are other things
that may require Agency funds. He also has concerns about the policy implications at this
time.
Mrs. Benjamin concurs and feels that the Agency needs a firm stand on what is really going
to happen before making any committments.
Chairman Carlson stated that this means people will not get a waiver of their traffic fees for
awhile and will therefore have to pay them at time of occupancy.
Mr. Ventura felt that the concept should not be disgarded entirely and suggested that the
concept be returned to the Agency when they are discussing the priorities.
No further action was taken on this matter.

Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Ventura that the Agency Secretary inform the
FPPC that we are aware that the Agency is not in compliance at this time but that the matter
is under staff review and has been agendized for the Agency meeting of September 21,
1992. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this evening's
meeting at 11:15 p.m. Carried unanimously.
