REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:47 p.m., Monday, November 2, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Brent N. Ventura and Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
Absent:None.
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 5, 1992 (R-1.V)
Mrs. Benjamin requested that the motions of the meeting reflect that she was present and
Chairman Carlson was absent.
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of October 5, 1992
be approved as amended. Carried unanimously.
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT/"PASS-THROUGH" AGREEMENT
RESOLUTION 1992-9RD (R-2.49)
Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1992-9RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, which includes the amendment
deleting the Cathedral Oaks lands and inserting the El Sereno open space area. Carried by
a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton voted no.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evening's meeting at
9:54 p.m. Carried unanimously.
