REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:45., Monday, July 6, 1992, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
and Brent N. Ventura.
Absent: Chairman Eric D. Carlson.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
MINUTES OF JUNE 15, 1992
Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to approve the Minutes of June 15,
1992 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Eric Carlson absent.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION/AGREEMENT/RESOLUTION (02.49)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Ventura, to adopt Resolution 1992-6RD entitled,
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE SANTA CLARA
COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 33401. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Eric Carlson absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this evening's
meeting at 10:50 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Eric Carlson absent.
