REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 8:45 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 1991, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin and
Chairman Brent N. Ventura.
Absent:Steven Blanton and Eric D. Carlson.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
The following person addressed the Agency:
Dorothy Dikeman, 17421 Farley West, representing the Los Gatos-Saratoga High School
District, Director of Business and Operations, requested an opportunity for the school
district to be considered during Agency's deliberations on redevelopment, and in
accordance with Section 33353 of the Health and Safety Code requested a formation of a
fiscal review committee
MINUTES OF JUNE 18, 1990
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Ventura, to approve the minutes of June 18,
1990 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 2 ayes. Mr. Blanton and Mr. Carlson absent. Mr.
Attaway abstained due
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency continue this item
to February 25, 1991. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Blanton and Mr. Carlson absent.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT/CONSULTANT/KREINES AND
KREINES/AGREEMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency continue this item
to February 25, 1991. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Blanton and Mr. Carlson absent.

MC DONOUGH/HOLLAND/ALLEN/LEGAL SERVICES/RESOLUTION 1991-1RD
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1991-1RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS EXTENDING AGREEMENT WITH MC DOUNOUGH, HOLLAND &
ALLEN TO PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE FORMATION OF A
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Blanton and Mr. Carlson
absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this meeting to February
25, 1991. The meeting adjourned at 9:51 p.m. Natalie West, Acting General Counsel,
stated that Council was now adjourning to its Closed Session as previously announced this
evening and the Redevelopment Agency was adjourning to February 25, 1991. Carried by
a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Blanton and Mr. Carlson absent.
