REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 11:49 p.m., Monday, May 7, 1990, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Robert L. Hamilton
Brent N. Ventura, Chairman Thomas J. Ferrito.
Absent:None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
MINUTES OF MARCH 5, 1990
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Carlson, to approve the minutes of March 5,
1990 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
PROJECT AREA SELECTION/CONSULTANT/JOHN B. DYKSTRA & ASSOC./$40,000
Motion by Mr. Ventura, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, that Council adopt Resolution 1990-
9RA entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH JOHN B. DYKSTRA & ASSOCIATES, to perform
consulting services for the development of a redevelopment project area and the
redevelopment project area plan for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00. Carried
unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Hamilton, seconded by Mr. Carlson, to adjourn this meeting at 11:59
p.m. Carried unanimously.
