REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 11:46 p.m., Monday, June 18, 1990, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson,
Brent N. Ventura and Chairman Thomas J. Ferrito.
Absent:Robert L. Hamilton.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
BUDGET/FISCAL YEAR 1990-91/RESOLUTION 1990-10RD
Motion by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Ventura, that Council adopt Resolution 1990-
10RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ADOPTING THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91. Carried by a vote of
4 ayes. Mr. Hamilton absent.
MINUTES OF MAY 7, 1990
Motion by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to approve the minutes of May 7,
1990 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Hamilton absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Ferrito announced the adjournment of this meeting at 11:48 p.m.
