REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of Town
Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 11:46 p.m., Monday, February 5, 1990, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Robert L. Hamilton
Brent N. Ventura, Chairman Thomas J. Ferrito.
Absent:None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one in the audience who wished to address the Agency.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 16, 1990
Chairman Ferrito requested Item R-2 be corrected to read, "Notice to the Public, which will
give 30 days published notice to the community regarding any consideration of amendment
to the by-laws of this agency."
Motion by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, to approve the minutes of January 16,
1990 as amended. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 22, 1990
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, to approve the minutes of January
22, 1990 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Hamilton, seconded by Mr. Carlson, to adjourn this meeting at 11:47p.m.
Carried unanimously.
