TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of Town Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 7:31 p.m., Monday, March 26, 1990, in
adjourned regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Robert L. Hamilton,
Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito.
Absent:None.
CLOSED SESSION
Mary Jo Levinger, Town Attorney, reported that Council had met in Closed Session after
the last Council meeting of March 19, 1990 pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(c) to discuss Institution of Litigation regarding Route 85. There is no report from
that discussion.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ferrito announced that Council would adjourn at 7:35 p.m. to a previously noted
study session with the Art Commission and to hear a report from Zephyr Associates.
