TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of Town Hall, 100 E. Main St., at 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 3,
1989, in special session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito, Robert L. Hamilton,
Bent N. Ventura, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
LOCAL EMERGENCY/EXTENDING EXISTENCE/RESOLUTION 1989-197
Motion by Mr. Ferrito, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, that Council adopt
Resolution 1989-197 entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
EXTENDING THE EXISTENCE OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY which reconfirmed
and ratified the proclamation of the existence of a local emergency within the
Town of Los Gatos by the Town Manager on October 17, 1989 due to
earthquake at 5:04 p.m. Said emergency shall continue to exist until so
proclaimed by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California. Carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Ferrito, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, to adjourn this special
meeting at 5:05 p.m. Carried unanimously.
