The Town Council met in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall at 11:00 p.m.,
in a special called meeting.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT:Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent
N. Ventura and Mayor Terrence J. Daily.
ABSENT:None.
EXTENSION OF MOU'S WITH TEA, AFSCME AND POA
Mr. Carlson moved for adoption of resolution No. 1986-84 entitled, A
RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE WAGES, HOURS AND WORKING
CONDITIONS WITH TOWN EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATIONS; (this extends the
MOU's with TEA, AFSCME and POA until the meet and confer sessions are
completed and/or the Town Council considers revised Memoranda of
Understanding). Mr. Ferrito seconded. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Daily declared the meeting adjourned at 11:02 p.m.
