TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Los Gatos Neighborhood Center at 8:50
P.M., in an adjourned regular session.
PRESENT
Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Terrence J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Thomas J.
Ferrito.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Assistant Town Manager, Nadine Levin, stated Council had met in closed session prior to the
Council meeting and discussed the Toll House litigation.
BUSINESS LICENSE TAX INCREASE
Mr. Daily moved for adoption of Ordinance No. 1599 entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS REVISING BUSINESS LICENSE TAXES. Mr. Carlson seconded.
Carried by a vote of three ayes. Mr. Ventura and Mayor Ferrito abstained due to their having
professional businesses in Town and would be affected by the tax.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ferrito declared the Council meeting adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
