TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the Town
Hall at 7:30 p.m., in an adjourned session.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, Marlyn J. Rasmussen, Brent N. Ventura
and Mayor Peter W. Siemens.
ABSENT: None.
EXECUTIVE SESSION REPORT
Mayor Siemens reported on the Executive Session held prior to the Council meeting,
stating the following matters were discussed:
1. Status of Villa Vasona lawsuit.
2. Pedro's lawsuit.
COMMENDATION LOS GATOS SCHOOL GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM
Mr. Ventura moved for adoption of Resolution No. 1982-70 entitled, A RESOLUTION
COMMENDING ORANGE CRUSH (the Los Gatos High School Girls Basketball Team)
on their achieving the Central Coast Section Championship. Mr. Ferrito seconded.
Unanimously carried.
It was also consensus of Council to direct staff to invite the Orange Crush team to
attend a Council meeting and receive said Resolution and Commendation.
