RESOLUTION 2017 -
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE ADOPTED FY 2017/18 – 21/22
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 1 (2017-2018, Beall) also known as the Road Repair and
Accountability Act, established an account to address deferred maintenance on the state
highway system and on the local street and road system; and
WHEREAS, SB 1 established requirements for holding local governments accountable for
the efficient use of public funds to maintain public streets and roads;
WHEREAS, SB 1 requires that eligible cities submit a list of projects proposed to be
funded with these funds pursuant to an adopted city budget to the California Transportation
Commission per criteria and per a schedule established by the Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1) The Street Repair and Resurfacing project is amended and adopted into the Town’s
Adopted FY 2017/18 – 21/22 Capital Improvement Program Budget
2) The details of the project are as follows:
