Dollar Cost Bid
for Microsoft Windows Consulting Services
Task assignments and escalations:
We try to assign the least expensive capable resource to each client support issue. It’s not cost
effective for our clients if we assign a Network Architect to a desktop issue. Also, we often
escalate issue from a low-level resource to an Architect level resource if resolution is not being
achieved quickly enough.
Estimated Hours:
We estimate that Los Gatos could use between 10 and 20 hours per month of network support.
These hours would primarily be a combination of Network/Server and Network/Server After
Hours
Compensation:
Desktop Support: $155/hour (Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM)
Desktop Support After Hours: $232.50/hour (After Hours)
Network/Server Support: $180/hour (Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM)
Network/server Support After Hours:
7x24 Support is available on request.
$270/hour (after hours)
