SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES is dated for
identification this 6th day of June, 2017 and amends that certain FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES dated June 21, 2016, made by and between the Town of Los Gatos,
("Town,") and AIR SYSTEMS (“Service Provider.”)
RECITALS
A. Town and Service Provider entered an Agreement for Services on October 1, 2015,
(“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
B. Town and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to Agreement for Services on June 21,
2016, (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 2 to this Amendment.
C. Town desires to amend the Agreement to provide additional compensation and exercise an
option to extend the agreement for FY 2017/18.
AMENDMENT
1. Section 2.2 Term and Time of Performance: The Town and Service provider exercise an
option to extend the agreement for FY 2017/18.
2. Section 2.6 Compensation:
FY 2016/17: increase compensation in the amount of $13,000, for a total annual
contract amount no to exceed $67,996.
FY 2017/18: total annual contract amount not to exceed $67,996.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
