CONSIDER AN APPEAL OF A PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION
APPROVING A REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT A NEW SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE ON VACANT PROPERTY ZONED HR-2 1/2. APN 527-09-006.
REMARKS:
The Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines (HDS&G) define a visible home as a single-
family residence where 25 percent or more of an elevation can be seen from any of the Town’s
established viewing platforms. Attachment 12 contains a Visibility Study provided by the
applicant. The study confirms that the proposed home is not a visible home as defined by the
HDS&G.

Attachment 14 contains updated landscape plans provided by the applicant.
