REMARKS: The Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines (HDS&G) define a visible home as a single- family residence where 25 percent or more of an elevation can be seen from any of the Town’s established viewing platforms. Attachment 12 contains a Visibility Study provided by the applicant. The study confirms that the proposed home is not a visible home as defined by the HDS&G.
