IMPORTANT:
1. Appellant is responsible for fees for transcription of minutes. A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of filing .
2. Appeal must be fil ed w ithin ten (1 0) calendar days of Planning Commi ss ion Decision accompanied by th e required filing fee.
Deadline is 5:00p.m. on the IO'h day following the decision . If th e JO'h da y is a Sa tu rday, Sunday, or Town ho liday, then it
may be filed on the workd ay imme di ately following th e 1 Olh da y, usu all y a Monday.
3. T he Town Clerk will se t the hearing within 56 da ys of the date of the Planning Commission Decision (Town Ordinance No.
1967).
4. An appeal regarding a Change of Zon e application or a subdivisi on map only must be filed w ithin the time limit speci fied in
the Zo nin g or Su bdiv is ion Code, as applicable, which is different from oth er appeals.
5 . Once filed, the appeal will be heard by the Town Co uncil.
6. If th e reason for granting an appeal is the receipt of n ew information, th e applicati on wi ll usuall y be returned to the Planning
Commission for reconsideration.
