THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 28th day of
February, 2017 and amends that certain CONSULTANT LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT dated
July 1, 2014, made by and between the Town of Los Gatos, ("Town,") and RENNE SLOAN
HOLTZMAN SAKAI, (“Consultant.”)
RECITALS
A. Town and Consultant entered into a Consultant Services Agreement on July 1, 2014,
(“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
B. The Town and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to Agreement on March 28,
2016, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment 2.
C. The Town and Consultant entered into a Second Amendment to Agreement on June 13,
2016, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment 3.
AMENDMENT
1. Section 2.6 Compensation is amended to read as follows:
Compensation by the Town for the Consultants professional services shall increase by Fifty
Four Thousand ($54,000) for a total amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty Nine
Thousand ($149,000), inclusive of all cost.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
