RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS CONTINUING DEPARTMENT FINES, AMENDING CERTAIN FINES
FOR FY 2017/18
WHEREAS, per resolution 2004-97 penalties for violation of the Los Gatos Town Cod e
shall be set forth in a schedule; and
WHEREAS, the last update of the Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fine Schedule
was adopted on March 15, 2016; and
WHEREAS, those fines currently in effect will remain in effect without interruption,
and certain of these shall be increased to reflect the increased cost of providing the respective
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. That Resolution 2016-012, “Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos Continuing Department Fines, Amending Certain Fines for FY
2017/18” is hereby rescinded; and
2. The Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fine Schedule, attached hereto as
Exhibit A, shall become effective July 1, 2017.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 21st day
of February 2017 by the following vote:
