RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS CONTINUING DEPARTMENT FEES, RATES, AND CHARGES,
AMENDING CERTAIN FEES, RATE, AND CHARGES FOR FY 2017/18
WHEREAS, THE Town of Los Gatos financial polices require that the Town establish
and maintain all user charges and fees based on the cost of providing services; and
WHEREAS, the last update of the Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fee Schedule
was adopted on March 15, 2016; and
WHEREAS, those fees currently in effect will remain in effect without interruption,
and certain of these shall be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. That Resolution 2016-011, “Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos Continuing Department Fees, Rates, and Charges, and Amending
Certain Fees, Rates, and Charges” is hereby rescinded; and
2. The Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fee Schedule, attached hereto as
Exhibit A, shall become effective July 1, 2017.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 21st day
of February 2017 by the following vote:
